Intelligent  specializes in the fabrication of steel structures. We fabricate all verities of steel structures ranging from Heavy steel structures, Medium steel structures to Light steel structures. We utilize a range of fabrication machinery from very heavy duty band saws to advanced CNC plate cutting stations to increase production speed and to deliver best quality products to our customers. Depending on the specific needs of our customers, we utilize a variety of international constructions codes such as AWS, JIS, DIN, BS standards etc. during the fabrication process.

Construction of a new phase-2 facility is in progress at our RC facility which shall feature a fully automated CNC line for fabrication and this facility shall have a robotic welding line as well. A galvanizing facility with tank size of 13 meters length is also under construction during phase-2 construction work at our Royal Commission facility. This will help us to scale our output to a minimum of 2500 Tons per month of steel structure to better meet the needs of our clients.
